Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Process, verify, and reconcile invoices with attention to accuracy and timeliness. Manage accounts payable transactions including vendor payments, checks, and wire transfers. Maintain accurate and updated vendor records, resolving discrepancies promptly. Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation related to accounts payable processes. Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless invoice approvals and payments. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, providing support as a key Accounts Payable Specialist on the team. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist: Proven experience working as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar accounting role.
