What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of experience in
consulting, investment banking, or private equity Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Preferred: MBA, CPA, or CFA
What You'll Do Conduct in-depth industry and client research to
shape strategic outcomes Create compelling client pitches,
presentations, and newsletters that highlight our expertise Lead
the development of advanced financial models and valuations,
including: Customized financial analyses and discounted cash flow
models Comparable company and transaction analysis Liquidation and
debt capacity assessments Support critical restructuring and
bankruptcy cases with cash flow forecasts and detailed analyses
Mentor Associates while engaging proactively with clients and firm
leadership Drive investment banking transactions, from due
diligence to investor outreach Reports to Vice Presidents and
Directors. Training & Certifications Optional: "Training the
Street" Investment Banking program Series 79 and 63 licenses
encouraged Eligibility for Certified Insolvency and Restructuring
Advisor (CIRA) and Certification in Distressed Business Valuation
(CDBV) upon meeting experience requirements LI-JW2
