continuous improvement. What the Accounting Clerk will do… As an
Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in financial
operations by: Preparing Daily Cash Deposits: Efficiently handle
daily cash deposits and maintain the cash control sheet. Invoicing:
Create and send customer invoices based on the AR aging report,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manual Journal Entries: Execute
manual journal entries to reflect financial transactions
accurately. Invoice Processing: Process approximately 200 invoices
per week, maintaining high attention to detail. Credit Card
Deposits: Manage daily credit card deposits for streamlined
financial transactions. Light Reconciliations: Perform light
reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. What the
company needs in an Accounting Clerk: For success in this role, the
company is seeking an individual with: 3-5 Years of Solid
Accounting Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record in
accounting roles, showcasing your expertise. Degree (Preferred): A
degree in accounting or a related field would be advantageous.
QuickBooks Experience: Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus,
highlighting your ability to navigate financial software.
