Job Description:
Tax Associate - Atlanta, GA Who: An early-career tax
professional with strong analytical abilities, excellent
communication skills, and a solid academic foundation. What:
Prepare a variety of tax returns, conduct tax research, assist with
tax planning, and support client deliverables while gaining
exposure to multiple industries. When: Full-time position available

potential. Position Overview: This role offers exposure to tax
preparation, research, and planning across a wide client base,
including high-net-worth individuals and companies in industries
such as construction, manufacturing & distribution, real estate,
technology, and international business. Key Responsibilities: ?
Prepare individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
and supporting workpapers. ? Apply basic tax concepts to deliver
thoughtful, individualized solutions. ? Identify, research, and
analyze domestic and international tax issues. ? Collaborate with
engagement teams and communicate effectively with senior team
members. ? Begin developing relationship-building skills to support
long-term client loyalty. ? Develop industry understanding by
recognizing KPIs, business trends, and emerging developments. ?
Participate in networking and maintain contacts within the business
community. ? Assist with additional projects and assignments as
needed. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred. ? Minimum GPA of 3.3
overall and in major. ? Prior tax internship experience strongly
preferred. ? CPA licensed or working toward CPA eligibility. ?
Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple engagements while
maintaining accuracy and quality. ? Commitment to ongoing
professional education and development. ? Excellent written,
verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. ? Problem-solving
