Internship Description Walton Communities’ Maintenance
Internship Bridge is for juniors in the class of 2026. The program
begins with an 8-week full-time assignment at 40 hours per week
over the summer, then develops into a work-based learning
opportunity flexible with their school schedule during their senior
year (August 2025 – May 2026). This Internship Bridge program
allows young talent to begin on-site, engage in hands-on learning,
and join our Team upon high school graduation. Interns will gain
practical experience, showcase their skills, and demonstrate their
potential. Requirements High School Junior Class of 2026. Must be
currently enrolled in work-based learning program. Ability to work
in heat/cold. Ability to be on feet for extended periods. Ability
to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for
work and transportation.
