Job Description:
Immediate need: Retail Superintendent Need to be a seasoned
Superintendent 5 years Need to have retail or restaurant experience
ideally remodel but will look at GU Need to be open to Southeast
travel 80k-110k base Client Details Year established: 1990 Employee

Retail and MOB 3 key selling points of the business: Been in
business for over 30 years, strong retention rate, great benefits
Client examples: Dollar General, UPS, Dollar Tree, FedEx, Whole
Foods Benefits: $700/month truck allowance, health insurance, 401k
Average Retail project size: 400k Average MOB project size: 300k
Largest projects around 5MM-6MM Description Primary site leader of
all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of
project. Manage and coordinate all job site operations. Manage
labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time
delivery of services. Maintain positive relationship with Owners,
Design Consultants, and PM's. Coordinate with local jurisdiction
inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure
compliance. Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality
Control Program Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of
the project costs. Resolve day to day field issues. Prepare daily
reports with all manpower and significant activities. Profile 5
years of experience working in the construction industry as
superintendent The ideal candidate will have managed small job
sites with ground up experience. Knowledge in Construction
Management or related field, preferred Job Offer Package is
negotiable subject to experience but can expect a competitive base
salary, plus per diem, for vehicle and gas. MPI does not
