dedication are valued. Job Description: The Sales Account Manager
works to develop new and potential accounts within a defined
territory of Fire Safety and Protection (FSP). The Sales Account
Manager will provide expert consultation on products and services,
ensure excellent customer service, and serve as the primary point
of contact for clients, ensuring that all their life safety and
security needs are met. Essential Functions: Client Relationship
Management: • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships
with clients by understanding their life safety and security
requirements. • Act as the primary liaison between the client and
the company, ensuring smooth communication and addressing client
concerns promptly. Sales and Business Development: • Identify
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling life safety and
security products and services, such as fire alarms, intrusion
detection, CCTV systems, and access control. • Develop and execute
account plans to grow the business with key clients. • Achieve or
exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Win new clients through
new long term service agreements or competitive take overs and
retrofits of existing facilities. Solution Consulting: •
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the solutions
provided meet client needs and regulatory requirements. • Provide
product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients regarding
life safety and security systems. Project Coordination: • Oversee
the implementation and delivery of life safety and security
solutions, coordinating with installation teams and ensuring
projects are completed on time and within budget. • Monitor and
follow up on the maintenance and service of existing systems.
Market Research and Reporting: • Keep up to date with industry
trends, product innovations, and competitors to provide strategic
advice to clients and help shape company offerings. • Prepare
regular sales reports, client updates, and forecasts for
management. Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: • Stay informed
about local, state, and federal regulations related to life safety
and security systems (e.g., NFPA, OSHA, UL standards) and ensure
