A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Reimbursement Coordinator – 100% Remote! The Reimbursement Coordinator will be working for a Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential. Reimbursement Coordinator Highlights • The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour. • Training & Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (mandatory virtual attendance required; no pre-planned time off during training) • 100% Remote position • This position is a full-time contract opportunity Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide one-call resolution and excellent service • Report adverse events within required timeframes • Create and complete accurate referrals and applications while keeping current on policy/procedure changes • Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Enter detailed information into proprietary systems while actively communicating via phone • Make outbound calls for patient follow-ups and confirmations • Interact with referral sources to process new applications • Manage patient accounts from initial contact through final outcome • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency • Maintain high quality service while delivering an empathetic and informative patient experience Requirements • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred • Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance practices preferred • Ability to work efficiently using multiple software programs (both standard and proprietary) • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Remote Work Requirements • A quiet, private, distraction-free workspace • High-speed internet (hardwired only): – Download: minimum 15 Mbps – Upload: minimum 5 Mbps – Ping rate: maximum 30ms • DSL, Cable, or Fiber connections only (no dial-up, satellite, WiFi, or cellular) • Surge protector with network line protection for company-issued equipment • Company provides all required computer hardware and technology Benefits Available • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates If you are interested in this Reimbursement Coordinator position, APPLY, or contact kvaughn@alinestaffing.com 154289
