hour of specified city) – Richardson, TX Pay Range: $17.00 –
$17.75/hr Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Shifts between
7am-7pm Start Dates: August 18th/Weekly hiring classes run every
Monday through October 6th, 2025 Status: Contract-to-hire (4–6
months) with strong potential for permanent placement About the
Opportunity We are excited to share a fully remote opportunity for
a Benefit Customer Service Representative . In this role, you’ll
deliver exceptional service by assisting customers with their
healthcare or pension benefits via phone, email, and webchat.
You’ll begin by supporting one client and may be cross-trained for
others based on performance. Application Process 1. Submit Your

hiring decision. Training & Orientation Start Date: August
18th/Weekly hiring classes run every Monday through October 6th,
2025 Orientation is onsite for equipment pickup and brief training
(1-day requirement) Important: No time-off is permitted in the
first 90 days. Key Responsibilities Provide superior, empathetic
customer service by phone, chat, and email. Accurately explain
healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms. Use
internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA and data security
standards. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet
service standards. Work Hours & Flexibility Full-time hours during
peak season (40 hours/week) Possible overtime available Off-season
hours may range between 32–40 hours/week No weekends!
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) Previous call
center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bilingual? Spanish
or French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent)
