service, order entry experience and experience using Microsoft
Dynamics 365? Then this Customer Service Representative opportunity

opportunity is with a company that provides commercial filtration
products and services to businesses and facilities across multiple
industries. They support customers by helping maintain clean air
systems in commercial buildings and industrial environments. The
team works in a collaborative office setting where strong
communication and problem-solving are valued. In this Customer
Service Representative role, you will support customers and
internal sales staff by assisting with orders, quotes, and account
inquiries. You will play an important role in ensuring orders are
processed accurately and customers receive timely support. This is
a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers,
staying organized, and taking initiative to resolve issues.
Customer Service Representative Duties: Answer incoming calls and
respond to customer inquiries. Provide product quotes and assist
customers with placing orders. Process and verify customer orders
before shipment. Research and resolve questions related to orders
and deliveries. Coordinate with internal teams and account managers
to support customer accounts. Schedule: Day Shift : Monday –
Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Customer Service Representative Requirements: At least 2 years of
customer service Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability
to work independently as a self-starter and make sound decisions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience using
Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel. Benefits offered by
