Job Description:
Design Lead - (The Boston Consulting Group. Inc. - Atlanta,
Georgia): Lead, explore and conceptualize design options and solutions for clients under tight timeframes. Specific
duties include: Oversee junior designers in the coordination of logos, corporate identities, films and physical environments
for multiple brands; manage multiple design projects and brands simultaneously; perform art direction and production;
lead creation of ideas for new business; present work internally and to clients, linking creative and strategy to
successfully gain buy-in and sell work; lead internal concept and client ideations, meetings and workshops; and mentor
Senior Designers, Motion Designers, and Designers. Requires a bachelors degree (or higher) in graphic
design, visual communications or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of
experience with branding, animation, and visual identity systems, which must include at least two (2) years of experience
leading ideation sessions with strategists, creatives, and clients including presenting concepts, designs, and ideas to
clients. Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this
section) must possess the following: (i) designing in adobe creative suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
(ii) designing and setting up master templates in Microsoft PowerPoint; (iii) developing composite work and
animation, and creating films in AfterEffects, Final Cut, and Premiere; (iv) training and mentoring team members in the art
and creative fields; (v) creating film treatments including concept, storyboard, look and feel, shot list, music selection,
and location scouting; (vi) performing art direction and production; and (vii) leading editing sessions with internal or
external editors, color specialists, music composers, and animators in 2-D and 3-D. Multiple positions available.
Domestic/international travel required (up to 20%) based on client/company need. Must have unrestricted authorization to
