Job Description : As an Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our above ground pool installations are scheduled and installed successfully. That will be your core responsibility and your number one priority. From there you will oversee a small support team that’s dedicated to helping you achieve that goal. In addition, you’ll collaborate with customers and installers to help solve daily service and installation challenges, while working to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall success of our installers. You will also work with our existing departmental performance reports, coordinate with our parts and shipping distributors to maintain and possibly improve shipping accuracy and efficiency, and work to improve the overall success of the service and installation department. Minimum Requirements : Minimum of 5-years of verifiable business or residential construction project management experience (REQUIRED) Must have enough brain power and/or general construction knowledge to be able to pass multiple states contractor’s license exams (REQUIRED) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely completions (REQUIRED) Above-Ground or In-Ground pool experience is a real plus but not required Technical knowledge of an above ground pool installation and the ability to troubleshoot any installation or post installation service issues is a plus but not required A verifiable track record of project management success (REQUIRED) Able to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches with our valued customers, staff, and installers (REQUIRED) You will really need to be organized at this position. There are a lot of moving parts that can be tamed with legitimate organization skills and practices.
