Job Description Job Description Base pay $20/ hour or Negotiable based on experience Plus $3.00 /hour perfect attendance bonus Key Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair ammonia refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems Maintain condenser water chemical systems. Maintain refrigeration, cooling tower, and logbooks Updates Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in support of preventive & corrective maintenance Conducts maintenance daily checks, logs, and readings and performs preventive and corrective maintenance Performance of duties assigned with focus on safety, quality (of product and task) and GMP’s Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, PSM Manager, or other members of management as assigned in proper priority. Calibration of any/all equipment and instruments as assigned. Responsible for housekeeping of any and all work areas during and following performed work. Manage plant utilities systems to include but not limited to the plant refrigeration, HVAC, and water chemical systems. Assists in other departmental areas as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Must hold Ammonia Operator I or equivalent certification within one year Skills & knowledge: Can perform sensor calibrations, PM’s on Vilter and Frick compressors Perform Ammonia pump outs safely Micro troubleshooting skills Basic Computer Skills Communicates work order progress to supervisor. Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills. Competencies: 1.
