Job Description:
We are Lockheed Martin You will be the Project Engineer, on the
AMMM Project Engineering team responsible for delivering complex
system development products and solutions for a variety of
contracts. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineer your
responsibilities will include: • Manage a portfolio of effort
consisting of complex system/technical development from concept,
through design, implementation, test, manufacturing/deployment,
sustainment and modifications. • Ensure alignment with Engineering
and Technology strategy, technical feasibility, and manages
technical risk. • Drive planning and execution across all
Engineering Teams to meet contract cost, schedule, and technical
requirements and satisfy customer needs. • Act as single voice and
point of contact to program management and senior leadership on
program execution. • Provide timely and accurate insight to key
program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager. • Develop
innovative and scalable standardized processes to maintain agility
and flexibility. • Complete all Earned Value Management assigned
duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete
reviews, schedule status, variance reporting, comprehensive
estimates at complete, and proposal tasks. Must be a US Citizen.

Marietta. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering
preferred or a Technical Degree with 8 years of related aircraft
experience • Experience in design, analysis, and/or aircraft
systems or structure • Project Management experience leading a
cross functional team on a new or modified development program
Desired skills • Has C-130 Technical domain knowledge like
Software, Avionics, Aircraft or Systems • Demonstrated
understanding of Program planning and management of complex program
issues • Experienced at reporting program progress to senior
leadership • Must have strong inter-personal skills, have the
ability to work within a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced
environment • Demonstrated proficiency in developing proposals and
execution of programs • Ability to author initial design and
follow-on Statement of Work language • Understanding of Technical
Supplier/Sub-Contract Management and Integration • Demonstrated
communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to
effectively communicate business cases • Demonstrated ability to
coordinate technical planning across a broad range of stakeholders
• Risk and Opportunity Identification experience • Accept
responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure
cost, schedule, and technical success. • Demonstrated proficiency

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Security Clearance
Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,

The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$141,300 - $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
