are looking to hire a new Senior Manager, with emphasis on
Generative AI, that will bring unique perspectives and experiences
to drive our Material Tech and Cyber Change (MTC) and Targeted Risk
Assessment (TRA) programs forward within the Enterprise Services

cybersecurity and risk professional who understands technology
functions and organizations, with strong analytical, planning,
strategic thinking, organizational and communication skills. You
will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that
have a direct impact on the future of Capital One. This is an
important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with
key engineering, product and risk stakeholders across the company.
-Responsibilities:
- Guide our MTC / TRA team in the development and execution of
our ES Risk vision, and deliver on enterprise and team objectives
with a focus on Generative AI and related cloud services.
- Partner with the first-line of defense Technology and Cyber
teams, Lines of Business, and second-line of defense risk
management teams, to ensure effective collaboration within the team
and across stakeholder groups.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of well managed
practices for identifying, managing, tracking, and mitigating risks
related to Generative AI and related cloud services.
- Develop and help deliver senior level risk management reporting
and communications, including for material initiatives, overall
program direction, and results towards strategic objectives.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and innovate our approach
to risk management.
- Stay current on the changing regulatory environment and
understand the impacts to our efforts.
- Write and revise documents such as policies, standards,
procedures, and guidelines. Develop and enhance processes, tools,
templates, and job aides. Draft, edit, and deliver presentations
that aid in the design, development, refinement, and usage of risk
methods.
- Support interactions with Internal Audit and Regulatory
agencies related to our work, as applicable.Here's what we're

verbal communication.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Process, Project, Risk
Management, or Cloud Risk Management -
- At least 5 years of experience planning and leading IT audits
and risk assessments, or a combination
- At least 3 years direct experience with AI and ML model
lifecycle management, operations or deployments
- At least 2 years of experience developing presentations for
executive level audiences -Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or in an Engineering
discipline
- 7+ years of experience in Process, Project, Product, Risk
Management, or Cloud Risk Management -
- 4+ years of experience with AI and ML specific model lifecycle
management including understanding of AI and ML architecture, model
risk, data management and Responsible AI practices
- 1+ years of experience drafting and communicating reports or
analytic assessments for executives
- 1+ years of experience with identifying and communicating key
risks to AI implementations and architectures
- 1+ years of experience with risk analysis and reports that
describe risk implications to executives
- 1+ years of experience with AI and ML frameworks (NIST AI)
- 1+ years of experience working in financial services or other
highly regulated sectorsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor

minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are
listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information
is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these
locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay
at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be
prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly
worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $199,100 - $227,200 for Sr.
Manager, Cyber Risk & AnalysisCandidates hired to work in other
locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that
location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any
candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the
candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn
performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash
bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be
discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.Capital
