at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Visa Global Small Business team is
responsible for overseeing and driving Visa's global small business
agenda and thought leadership. The team is organized across two
distinct functions: (1) Performance Management & Market
Intelligence and (2) Sales &go-to-market. The team is meant to
work cross-functionally and be multidisciplinary in skillet.The
Performance Management and Market Intelligence function is
responsible for (1) providing visibility on our performance across
sales and drivers, delivering insights on emerging
opportunities/threads to the business, (2) bringing market
intelligence on key trends shaping the present and future of the
business and providing research-based recommendations based on
competitive intelligence and regional needs, (3) finding and
executing strategic initiatives to improve overall performance
(e.g., implement process improvements, finding new business
opportunities in our existing portfolio, supporting the development
of our 2030 strategy), and (4) supporting overall business planning
and operations.The current role of "Performance Intelligence
Manager" will be the "A" in building, maintaining, and enhancing
our reporting and analytics capabilities across sales and drivers,
playing an essential foundational role in creating consistent and
actionable performance insights.Essential Functions
* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors
Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced
degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience
with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4
or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with
a PhD
* Experience with reporting and generating insights and dashboards
using tools such as Tableau, Kibana, or Power BI
* Experience in analyzing large datasets using programming
languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or Spark is a nice to
have
* Get to an understanding of root problems, define analytical
objectives, and formalize data requirements for various types of
analyses
* Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments
industry is not required, but a plus
* Self-starter who can drive a project forward independently. You
are willing to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and are
focused on delivering results
* Natural collaborator, team oriented, diplomatic, and flexible,
with demonstrated capacity to function in a matrixed organization
that spans multiple geographies.
* Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and adept at
multi-tasking.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Strong analytical, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking
skills
* Relevant work experience in management consulting, strategy,
finance, or operations
* Ability to influence successfully in a matrixed and virtual
organizationAdditional InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs
of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires
travel5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position
will be performed in an office setting. The position will require
the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and
by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as

salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700.00 to
170,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales
incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on
job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
