senior living residents.Summary:The Director of Clinical Operations
is a leadership role overseeing clinical operations across
designated regions. This role involves providing operational and
patient care leadership, supporting business strategies, and
ensuring the effective implementation of clinical and quality
functions. The director will foster positive relationships with
senior leadership, local management, and ancillary departments to
align with the company's vision and objectives.Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in clinical areas to support
high-quality patient care, compliance, and patient experience.
- Manage and supervise Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring
adherence to protocols.
- Recruit, hire, orient, mentor, and evaluate staff to meet
organizational and patient needs.
- Monitor quality metrics, assess care effectiveness, and
implement improvement initiatives.
- Develop staffing schedules ensuring adequate coverage and
workflow efficiency.
- Build relationships with senior living facilities to optimize
care coordination.
- Participate in company initiatives, including value-based care
models.
- Engage in committees related to clinical operations, quality,
and safety, providing expertise.
- Promote a culture centered on patient care, compassion, and
staff well-being.
- Collaborate on budget development, monitor financial
performance, and identify cost or revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation
standards.
- Stay informed on trends in primary care, geriatrics, and senior
living, integrating evidence-based practices.
- Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including
physicians and regulatory bodies.
- Perform other duties as
assigned.Qualifications:Experience:
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in relevant
jurisdiction.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant in primary care or senior services.Skills and
Abilities:
- Deep knowledge of primary care and geriatrics, including older
adult healthcare needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building
skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven
approach.Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant
(PA).Travel Requirements:
- Some travel within the state to visit providers and
