Lookout Pest Control is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager for our Alpharetta Corporate Office. The Manager of Inside Sales will focus on the development and growth of the inside sales team. Overview of Responsibilities:

• Grow our book of business by leading a team of inside sales professionals
• Produce data to provide real-time feedback on goals and metrics
• Design and deliver training content
• Coach and develop team members
• Communicate professionally and effectively
• Design and run contests and incentives to drive performance Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
  • Manage a team of inside sales specialist to ensure quality performance
  • Evaluating performance and providing ongoing training with a people mindset to ensure career development
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers
  • Daily check-ins
  • Daily huddles
  • Daily call coaching sessions
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Engagement activities Requirements:
    • High school diploma equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills, sales, and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and manage a team
    • Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic
    • Prove track record as a manager overseeing and leading a team of inside sales specialists
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Ability to travel based on company needs (minimal travel) In this role, you can expect:
