We're looking for an experienced Vice President, M&A to join our growing investment banking team. With increasing demand for our services, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions while mentoring the next generation of investment banking professionals.What you'll do:
--- Lead sell-side and buy-side transactions from prospecting to close
--- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth
--- Generate and execute deal flow, leveraging PCE's robust marketing efforts

We're looking for a dealmaker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial and strategic goals.Must-haves:
--- 5+ years of experience in M&A
--- Strong finance, accounting, and financial modeling skills
--- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
--- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilitiesNice-to-haves:
--- Industry-specific deal experience and connections
--- Series 79 license (or willingness to obtain-sponsorship available)Locations
