POSITION TITLE: Community PresidentLOCATION: Macon Financial CenterDEPARTMENT: Macon Commercial Loan OfficersREPORTS TO: Regional PresidentSUPERVISOR TO: Financial Center ManagerEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-TimeSTATUS: ExemptDEPARTMENT - ROLE DESCRIPTION:The commercial lending team plays a critical role in generating revenue for the bank by providing loans for our business customers.Commercial lenders identify and assist business customers that need the financial support of a bank. They identify new customers, prepare and close loans, manage their loan portfolios, and present loan packages to the loan committee.RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Manage client relationships
• Manage loan portfolio and ensure credit quality of the portfolio
• Prepare presentations for loan committee meetings
• Adhere to all compliance standards and regulations
• Assist in collections efforts as needed
• Set pricing and terms for loan products sold
• Evaluate loan requests and customer financial condition
• Cross-sell products to prospective and existing clientsEXPERIENCE - QUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Able to make decisions independently
