DescriptionHitachi Energy is seeking a Director - HR Business Partner North America. The role will support the Corporate functions throughout the North America region. This role performs a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: HR consulting and coaching, enabling business change, and HR program advocacy.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that directly support goals and growth initiatives.
• Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching and development to senior management on leadership practices, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Performance Management: Oversee (PMP) performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Organizational Design: Participate in organizational restructuring initiatives, including workforce planning and job redesign.
• Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, measuring the impact of HR initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree Preferred with 12 to 15 years of experience.
• Extensive experience in Human Resources with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices.
• Extensive experience dealing with multi-country in a global organization.
• Must have US work authorization.
