Governance, you will be the strategic leader driving our AI
initiatives across the enterprise. This is a critical role focused
on aligning AI investments with business objectives, ensuring
robust governance frameworks, and managing ethical considerations
in AI adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior
leadership, shaping the company's AI roadmap and enabling the
organization to harness AI's transformative potential
responsibly.This is an exciting opportunity to work at the

environment. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership,
data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop and
execute a comprehensive AI roadmap that aligns with our business
objectives and industry trends. You will champion best practices in
AI governance, ensuring that our AI systems are fair, transparent,
and compliant with all relevant regulations.Your Role
Accountabilities:AI Strategy Leadership
- Define and refine the AI strategy, aligning it with the
company's vision, business objectives, and digital transformation
goals.
- Lead the identification of AI opportunities across various
business units to ensure AI is strategically integrated into every
aspect of the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive AI-led innovation in
content creation, personalization, customer experience, and
operations.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for the AI
strategy to measure success and ensure continuous optimization.AI
Governance Framework
- Develop and implement AI governance policies and frameworks,
ensuring AI systems are ethical, fair, transparent, and compliant
with applicable laws and regulations.
- Define the principles and practices for responsible AI use
across the company, including bias mitigation, explainability,
accountability, and privacy considerations.
- Lead the creation of AI risk management strategies, identifying
and mitigating risks associated with data, algorithms, and
technology adoption.
- Create and oversee processes for AI audits, ensuring that AI
models are continuously monitored and refined to meet the highest
standards.AI Implementation and Execution
- Guide the operationalization of AI initiatives across
departments, ensuring effective deployment of AI models and
solutions in production environments.
- Develop actionable roadmaps for scaling AI initiatives, from
proof-of-concept to full-scale implementation, ensuring timely and
cost-effective execution.
- Provide technical leadership and support on AI architecture,
methodologies, and best practices to ensure scalability and
efficiency in AI systems.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the key liaison between AI teams and business leaders,
translating business needs into actionable AI solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical
teams to ensure alignment on AI project goals and
deliverables.
- Provide strategic advice to senior executives on AI trends,
risks, and opportunities, positioning AI as a core driver of
business value.
- Build and lead AI-focused communities within the company to
promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and
collaboration around AI as well as lead training and awareness
initiatives.Innovation and Thought Leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by
promoting the use of emerging AI technologies and approaches.
- Represent the company in AI-related forums, conferences, and
events to build the company's reputation as a leader in AI strategy
and governance.
- Monitor global AI trends and identify strategic partnerships
with academic institutions, industry bodies, and technology
vendors.Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience with a
focus on technology strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy or governance roles, with
at least 3 years in AI/ML-focused positions.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing AI teams
and projects.
- Experience with AI governance and ethics, including data
privacy, bias mitigation, and algorithmic fairness.
- Preferred Skill: Strong understanding of the media and
entertainment industry and its key challenges and
opportunities.
- Preferred Qualification: Master's degree.How We Get Things
