Description Job Posting Open Until Filled Salary Range:
$63,401.31- $75,000.00 Hiring Department: Department of Grants and
Community Development Management Analyst, Sr- Healthy Homes is
responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related
to housing conditions, environmental hazards, and program outcomes.
The Analyst collaborates with internal teams, contractors, and
community partners to ensure that program objectives are met and
that homes are made safer, healthier, and compliant with federal
guidelines. Responsibilities Conduct home inspections and assist in
remediation efforts within the City of Atlanta, with a focus on the
Westside Promise Zone. · Support eligibility determination and
verification processes, including income documentation and property
qualifications. · Draft pre-approval letters for program applicants
to confirm preliminary eligibility. · Responsible for community
outreach and answering relevant applicant questions. · Assist in
the full lifecycle of the Healthy Homes work plan, from initiation
to completion. · Maintain accurate databases of applications,
inspections, and interventions using program-specific software
(e.g., Salesforce, Neighborly, Excel). · Assist applicants who may
require assistance in completing online applications. · Cultivate
strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to
enhance program visibility and drive participation. · Participate
in HUD trainings focused on lead assessment and Healthy Homes
standards. · Develop detailed scopes of work for contractors to
execute home remediation projects. · Ensure confidentiality and
compliance with local, state, and federal data handling
regulations. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities This is a

list. • Knowledge of HUD entitlement grants, municipal government
administration, and functions • Knowledge of federal grant
guidelines (i.e., 2 CFR Part 200, etc.) • Excellent team-working
and team-building skills (“Team Player”) • Excellent verbal and
written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building
skills to effectively work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders •
High energy and a passion for service and the direction of the
city, particularly as it relates to serving individuals with
special housing and service needs • High emotional intelligence •
Highly industrious with a strong work ethic; a sense of
urgency/impatience for action • Integrity and humility that
encourages and inspires constituents, a strong sense of
judgment/business discernment • Able to thrive under pressure,
consistently meeting expectations and commitments on tight
deadlines • Knowledge of IDIS, Oracle, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint,
HMIS, and Neighborly Software • Able to plan and organize work,
communicate both orally and in writing, maintain effective working
relationships, and gather, analyze, and synthesize data Minimum
Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
accounting, business administration, public administration, public
policy, urban planning, human services, sociology, psychology,
communications, or related field (equivalent professional
experience may be considered for substitution for the required
degree as an exception).
