Job Description:
We are seeking a BCBA with flexible hours, competitive pay, and

Develop evidence-based, hierarchical programs based on data and
client progress.
Provide training and supervision to RBTs and family guidance for
successful programming.
Communicate effectively with treatment teams and conduct
assessments.
Manage intake, ongoing evaluations, discharge, and transition
planning.
Qualifications include BCBA certification or exam within a month,
experience with developmental disabilities, reliable
transportation, and strong communication skills.
Physical requirements involve lifting up to 35lbs and mobility
activities.
