This is for a MED TELE CHARGE RN. Must have documented charge experience within work history.

All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.

MUST have documented med/tele exp. and checklist.

Ratio 1:5. Trauma patients, Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered. BLS/ACLS required. EPIC EMR. Specialty equipment: gait belts, geriatric chairs, PT Equipment.

Skilled Nursing/ Rehab /Prior NICHE training a plus. Please load all demographic info, including a badge appropriate photo

*Summary*

As a Charge Nurse in the Tele/Med Surg unit, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care while supervising nursing staff. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and EHR systems to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your expertise in trauma and emergency medicine, along with certifications in BLS ,NIHSS and ACLS, will enhance patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
