  About the Role
  IQVIA, a global provider of commercial solutions, is seeking an Associate Director of Nurse Educators to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The role involves overseeing clinical nurse educators, supporting program initiatives, ensuring compliance, and contributing to program design and leadership.
  Responsibilities
  
  
• Serve as the supervisor and main contact for clinical nurse educators.
  
• Ensure team has resources, training, and support.
  
• Conduct quarterly field assessments for quality and compliance.
  
• Support training initiatives and strategic planning.
  
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to program development.
  
• Oversee operational staff to meet program objectives.
  
• Develop policies for compliance and quality care.
  
• Analyze data for continuous improvement.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
    
  • Active RN license.
    
  • Minimum 5 years management experience in healthcare or pharma.
    
  • Experience with clinical staff oversight, program development, and compliance.
    
  • Training and mentoring experience highly valued.
