Overview: We are seeking a Physical Therapist. A physical therapist provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to plan, implement, evaluate and revise the plan of care and discharge plan for each patient as evidenced in the patient’s medical record.
