Job Description:

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical staff and ensure that all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the department are being properly executed. This role involves supervising a team of clinicians, providing training, support, and guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Clinical Supervisor will also play a key role in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that uphold patient care standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. Manage and direct the activities of the clinical staff. Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews. Develop training and development programs for new hires and ongoing staff. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care. Address any issues or conflicts that arise in the clinical setting. Monitor patient care for quality assurance and implement improvements as necessary.
