Job Description:

Job Description Job Description About Us Our organization is guided by a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult mental health, who also holds an additional certification in addiction medicine. Our Approach At our company, psychiatrists have the autonomy to manage their own practices. Our dedicated support team is committed to alleviating administrative burdens, allowing you to devote more time to patient care. We also prioritize flexibility in your work environment and schedule, enabling you to choose when and where you practice. Services Offered We provide in-network outpatient treatment for both children and adults dealing with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and attention disorders. However, we do not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that addressing accessibility challenges in mental health care starts with supporting our psychiatrists. Our organization aims to resolve the difficulties faced by mental health professionals, such as inadequate office infrastructure and the pressures of being overworked and undercompensated in traditional settings. We strive to fill the existing gaps in outpatient psychiatry by delivering high-quality medical care in a contemporary environment equipped with modern tools. Empowering Psychiatrists Utilizing proprietary technology designed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we empower you to treat the populations and conditions you are passionate about, fostering a practice that is both fulfilling and intellectually stimulating. Insurance and Billing We believe that psychiatric care should be accessible and affordable, which is why we accept all major insurance plans. Our integrated practice features a robust in-house billing and patient care coordination team that manages billing and administrative tasks for our clinical staff. Equal Opportunity Commitment We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. We aim to create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and purpose, learning from the unique experiences of those around us. We encourage all qualified individuals to apply, regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status. Join Our Team Our organization was established by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, offering the stability and support of a hospital group while maintaining the independence of a private practice. We are currently looking for fully remote board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our expanding national team. What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a market-leading base salary along with productivity-based income, allowing you to retain a significant portion of your earnings. Comprehensive Benefits: Our employee benefits package is tailored for high-earning physicians, covering up to 100% of healthcare premiums, even for larger families. Reduced Administrative Load: Focus on delivering exceptional care while we manage patient scheduling, billing, and other support functions. Operational Efficiency: Our specialized focus, scale, and technology enable better reimbursement rates and lower practice expenses, allowing us to share these benefits with our psychiatrists. Innovative Technology: Access custom-developed solutions, including an integrated EMR that supports messaging, telemedicine, direct lab integration, and tools for tracking patient outcomes. Patient Selection: Choose your patient population based on your preferences. Our intake process is adaptable, allowing you to balance the acuity and diagnoses of your patients. Flexible Appointment Times: You determine the appropriate duration for patient visits, with a minimum of 60 minutes for initial consultations and 30 minutes for follow-ups. Referral Network: Benefit from a strong in-house referral network that facilitates connections to specialists and therapists who support the patients you are treating, with seamless information sharing through our EMR. Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Up to 100% coverage of premiums. Employer-paid malpractice insurance. Competitive 401K matching with immediate eligibility. Paid time off, sick leave, and 11 holidays annually. Pre-tax commuter benefits. Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance. Flexible scheduling and patient criteria in a remote telehealth setting. Minimal administrative responsibilities with full-time, on-site billing and scheduling support. Licensing assistance: Our in-house team will help manage the licensing process and cover costs upfront. Technology package provided. In addition to a highly competitive benefits plan, our full-time psychiatrists can expect total compensation of approximately $300K-$350K annually, which includes a base salary and a monthly productivity incentive guaranteed during the onboarding period. Your Qualifications Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties are highly encouraged to apply. Possess an active and unrestricted medical license; we can assist with obtaining licensure if necessary. Demonstrate excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Be open to learning new or streamlined EMR tools. Exhibit a proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and a desire to collaborate. Commit to delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare.
