You: Must care deeply and passionately for our older adult Members. Administer medications, monitor vitals, document nursing services, and provide watchful oversite of the Members . Assist with Activities of Daily Living Complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements Member evaluations in the center and home Train aides and staff for adult day and home care.
