seeking a talented Treatment Coordinator to join our busy specialty
practice. We are looking for a talented and skilled Treatment
Coordinator to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives
of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience for

Responsibilities As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a
vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the
initial consultation to treatment completion. Your primary
responsibilities will include effectively communicating treatment
plans, coordinating appointments, assisting patients with financial
arrangements, and ensuring a positive and stress-free experience
for our valued patients. Engage with patients to explain treatment
options, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and
empathetic manner. Collaborate with the dental team to create
comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and
goals. Schedule appointments for treatments, consultations, and
follow-up visits, taking into consideration the patient's
availability and the clinic's schedule. Assist patients in
understanding and navigating insurance coverage and financial
obligations, providing accurate cost estimates, and exploring
payment options. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,
treatment plans, and correspondence to ensure efficient
communication and coordination. Work closely with the front desk
and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient flow and an
organized office environment. Continuously update your knowledge of
dental treatments, procedures, and insurance policies to provide
accurate information to patients. Handle any patient concerns or
issues that may arise during the treatment process, escalating them
as necessary to ensure prompt resolution. As one of the essential
members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate
other office responsibilities as needed. Your Background The Dental
Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that our
patients receive the best possible care by effectively
communicating treatment plans, assisting with financial
arrangements, and coordinating appointments. You also have the
following: Treatment planning experience Previous experience in a
dental office, preferably as a treatment coordinator or in a
similar patient-facing role, equating to 3-5 years of experience in
similar work Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build
rapport and trust with patients and the dental team. Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex
treatment information in a clear and understandable manner.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in dental software
and basic computer skills. Understanding of dental terminology,
procedures, and insurance processes. Empathetic and
patient-centered approach to customer service. A high school

Position Base Pay Range $21 - $29.75 USD Specialty1 Partners is the
direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical
employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job
posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings
and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll
support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees
include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct
treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office
manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff
