Occupational Therapist Location: Columbus, GA Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,077 to $2,277 per week Shift Information: Nights - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with a respected home health agency in Columbus, GA. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and therapeutic services that help patients regain or improve daily living skills while experiencing a new community. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current, unencumbered state license to practice occupational therapy in the state of assignment (Georgia). Client requires active license prior to start. Home health experience required. Current CPR/BLS certification may be required. Familiarity with electronic medical records, including HomeCare HomeBase, OASIS documentation, and standard office tools (email, basic navigation). Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits. Supervisory experience preferred. The role may involve supervising occupational therapy assistants and home health aides as assigned. 2–3 years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
