Practice Overview:

• Location: NGPG Hamilton Mill
• EMR Platform EPIC
• Current Practice: 2 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Hours: Saturday to Monday, 8am to 8pm
• Treating ages newborn and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
• Access to lab services, x-ray, and EKG
• Adequate support staff to maintain efficiency
• Easy access to Urgent Care, Cardiology, and Orthopedics
• Caring for patients in a growing community

Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Passion for quality and patient care
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
