Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated and skilled Location Manager for
our Chick-fil-A outlet. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily
operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining the
highest standards of food quality. As an Aramark leader, the
Location Manager will embody our commitment to excellence and
innovation, playing a key role in our mission to provide
outstanding food services. The successful candidate will manage all
facets of the restaurants operations, drive sales growth, maintain
operational standards, and lead a team to deliver the excellent
dining experience that Chick-fil-A is known for. Manage daily
restaurant operations and maintain high production, productivity,
quality, and customer-service standards. Coordinate the entire
restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Regularly review product quality and research new vendors. Organize
and supervise shifts. Appraise staff performance and provide
feedback to improve productivity. Estimate future needs for goods,
kitchen utensils, and cleaning products. Ensure compliance with
sanitation and safety regulations. Manage restaurant’s good image
and suggest ways to improve it. Control operational costs and
identify measures to cut waste. Create detailed reports on weekly,
monthly, and annual revenues and expenses. Proven customer service
experience as a manager. Strong leadership, motivational, and
people skills. Acute financial management skills. Excellent
communication and organizational skills. Decisive and critical
