Supervisor The Classic Center Authority | Akins Ford Arena & The
Classic Center The Classic Center Authority is seeking a Frontline
Supervisor to oversee event setup and housekeeping teams at The
Classic Center. This role is ideal for a hands?on supervisor who
enjoys managing people, solving problems in real time, and ensuring
event spaces are safe, clean, and event?ready. Key Responsibilities
Supervise event setup, breakdown, and housekeeping staff Serve as
Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned events Follow Event Planning
Sheets (EPS) to coordinate staffing, equipment, and timelines
Operate forklifts and other equipment to move staging, seating, and
materials Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper egress in all
public and back?of?house areas Enforce safety policies and report
facility or equipment issues Coordinate with Operations,
Engineering, and fellow supervisors Maintain organized storage
areas and promote efficient use of resources Schedule Expectations
Event?driven schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

with a focus on teamwork and professionalism Supervisory experience
in a venue, hospitality, or operations environment preferred but
not required Strong organization and ability to adapt to changing
priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation Ability to obtain and maintain forklift
certification The candidate who is selected for this position will
