Job Description New Signature has an immediate need for a Technical Recruiter who is proficient in strategic sourcing, has a strong network and high energy. This role has dual responsibility for: * Full life cycle recruiting for current opportunities and pipeline development for forecasted requirements. * The administrative aspects of the recruiting department in support of the Talent Acquisition Strategist, HR partners, and business leads. Specifically, we are looking for a mid-level full life-cycle technical recruiter with a solid background in the professional services/consulting industry. The right candidate will thrive in a role requiring a high degree of critical thinking, professional judgement and discretion in ensuring the right candidates are presented to the hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will be excited by the challenges associated with putting together the pieces to the "recruiting puzzle", and must be accustomed to frequently changing priorities based on business needs. Must have a passion for hunting and the art of finding candidates with the right combination of skills, experience, and business acumen for the professional services/consulting field. Must be comfortable with all aspects of this role, including the administrative support to the department. Responsibilities: * Drive the recruiting and hiring process from identifying a need through offer acceptance and onboarding * Engage and build relationships with hiring managers as a trusted advisor and business partner * Collaborate with hiring managers to dissect staffing needs and develop strategies on where to find top talent * Identify targeted candidate sources and customize job postings to attract the right talent * Source top talent, thoroughly assess candidate qualifications and be accountable for making sound recommendations to hiring managers * Provide ongoing status updates and advise all stakeholders throughout the hiring process (both hiring teams as well as candidates) ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the recruiting process, both internal to New Signature and external. * Manage the interview process, solicit feedback from interviewers and provide feedback to hiring managers * Extend and negotiate employment offers that support the company s value proposition * Administer various assessments and check employment references * Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and work with ATS vendor on features and functionality * Ensure compliance with federal guidelines to ensure fairness in hiring practices and maintain accurate records for tracking and auditing purposes * Provide training on effective interviewing skills to new interviewers, as needed * Effectively manage and frequently changing priorities and business needs * Conduct all administrative tasks associate with full life-cycle recruiting A qualified candidate will have the following: * 2+ years of IT/Technical Recruiting experience with prior experience working multiple, time-sensitive requisitions. Preference given to candidates who are well-networked with Microsoft Solutions professionals. * Advanced skills in candidate sourcing utilizing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other online media tools, researching competition and industry activity, networking with professional organizations, associations and user groups. * Demonstrated success working with hiring managers in assessing position requirement, screening criteria, interview process, and customizing job postings for placement in targeted sourcing, screening and closing the right candidate. * Strong recruitment track record filling technical positions as well as sales. * Commitment to developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers as well as candidates and ensuring a great experience for everyone involved in the recruiting process * Demonstrated ability to interact effectively, manage relationships with all levels of leadership including hiring decision makers, executives, and internal support staff * Flexible, consultative, team-oriented, and results-oriented mindset * Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems * Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work on different initiatives and complete within a timely manner * Ability to effectively manage and frequently changing priorities and business needs * Experience conducting video interviews is strongly preferred Education BA/BS degree or equivalent ABOUT NEW SIGNATURE New Signature is a cloud-first, full-service Microsoft partner committed to delivering innovative technology solutions that solve human challenges.
