How You'll Make an Impact:

The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst in Retail Pricing is a pivotal figure responsible for resolving complex issues and driving system optimizations. Serving as the key liaison between IT and business units, they prioritize high-impact challenges, spearhead data enhancements, and ensure compliance. It's a role designed for tech-savvy problem-solvers in a high-stakes, cross-functional setting.

What You'll Do, a Role Breakdown:

Technical Data Analysis & Solutioning (40%)

• SQL/MySQL database management, including CRUD operations and stored procedures.
• Analyzing and resolving complex issues with data or system functionality.
• Implementing enhancements and optimizations for retail pricing systems. Strategic Issue Management & Application/Data Management (30%)
  • Prioritizing and managing incoming issues based on impact and urgency.
  • Orchestrating efforts across multiple teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Leading updates and modifications to price execution tools and processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and system enhancements. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration (20%)
    • Establishing and maintaining communication channels with business unit leaders.
    • Proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency and capability extension.
    • Coordinating with IT and business units for cross-functional problem solving. Documentation, Security, & Knowledge Management (10%)
      • Maintaining up-to-date documentation of processes, configurations, and data mappings.
      • Ensuring adherence to data security standards through regular audits.
      • Managing the team's knowledge repository to facilitate issue resolution and best practices. We'd Love to hear from you if: (Requirements section)
        
        Must-haves:
        • SQL / MySQL expertise, especially with Stored Procedures
        • Technical data analysis & solution building experience
        • A collaboration and partnership mindset
        • At least 4 years of hands-on, highly technical, professional experience with data-oriented teams Preferred Skills and Experience:
