We are headquartered in New York City with two smaller offices in Atlanta and Boston.Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our growing Atlanta team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in architectural design and construction documentation, with the ability to guide and support designers while ensuring that the design intent is accurately captured and executed.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and organize comprehensive construction document sets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate expertise in building envelope waterproofing, structural systems, curtain wall, and storefront systems.
• Provide detailed interior finish specifications and solutions while maintaining design integrity.
• Assess cost feasibility versus design intent to optimize material selection and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with MEP/FA systems to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
• Offer technical guidance and support to the design team, bridging the gap between concept and execution.
• Maintain a strong eye for design and detail, ensuring that architectural elements align with the intended vision.Qualifications:
• 7+ years of proven experience in architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and technical coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
