Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer in Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA with a strong front-end and visual design focus to join our team. In this role,you'll own the complete front-end experience - from building responsiveinterfaces to shaping the visual design and usability of the product.
You'll lead UI development using React or Angular,contribute to back-end integration with C#/.NET Core, and design high-quality,intuitive user experiences - all without the handoff from a dedicated designer.You'll collaborate with product owners to shape the look and feel of ourplatform and ensure the front-end experience is modern, consistent, anduser-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• OptimizeCMS (WordPress) around SEO-relevant metrics (page speed, CWV---) andfeatures (indexing, schema markups, UX---).
  
• ConductAB tests and iterate on designs and interactions based on user feedbackand/or analytics.
  
• Implementadvanced web analytics tools and systems.
  
• Create mockups,wireframes, or lightweight prototypes when needed to align design intent.
  
• Integratefront-end components with .NET Core APIs and Azure services.
  
• UseAzure DevOps to contribute to deployment pipelines and environmentmanagement.
  
• Maintain clean, scalablecode and advocate for visual and interaction quality across the front-endstack.
  
• Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them intopolished, user-centered interfaces - no designer handoff expected.
  RequirementsSkills & Experience:
  
  • Strongexperience with React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
    
  • Excellentskills in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive layout techniques.
    
  • WordPresstheme creation experience, especially custom plugins and WPEngineexposure.
    
  • Strongunderstanding of UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive webdesign.
    
  • Proficientuse of AI tools to boost productivity.
    
  • Familiaritywith design systems or building component libraries.
    
  • A/BTesting experience
    
  • SEOunderstanding and awareness around current trends.
    
  • GoogleTag Manager and Google Analytics (other web analytics tools acceptable)
    
  • Familiarwith Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
    
  • Ableto troubleshoot across the stack - UI bugs, API issues, or deploymenterrors.
    Qualifications:
    
    • Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Web Design, Software Engineering, or relatedfield-or equivalent experience.
      
    • 3+years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, with a strongvisual/UI design orientation.
      
    • Demonstratedability to take ownership of a product's front-end, both in function andin form.
      Nice to Have:
      - Experience conducting lightweight UX research orusability testing.
      • Experiencewith Azure Functions, CosmosDB, or Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep).
        
      • Backgroundin branding, illustration, or motion design is a plus.
