Position: Business Architect - Onsite Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 Months Need Architects 12 years Required skills: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 10- 15 years' experience in Business Analysis Need to do Deep dive analysis, Business analysis, Technical Analysis Formulating process, Suggest process improvements etc. Articulating complex solution in simple terms Gap analysis - Requirement understanding - breaking down of the requirement for getting clarity. Implicit requirements understanding. Identifying the gaps in the requirements. Requirement elicitation - making them say what they have not said yet Cross team communication and collaboration - confident, effective communicator Self-Starter and proactive Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and understanding in Production support and performance engineering. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Preferred Skills: Solution architect minded — Understanding/identifying Indirect dependency of maturing solution Good Agile working experience Experience to Telecom domain Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment (offshore interactions needed). Have Leadership experience managing an independent team of 4-6 team members. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
