frontline and champion the defense for both the insured and the
Company! As an early career Trial Attorney, you will become an
expert at Trial work! You will handle, bodily injury, property
damage lawsuits, and more, with thrilling trials, arbitrations, and
mediations. Beyond the courtroom, you'll provide vital counsel to
business clients and coordinate between legal teams. Stay ahead of
the game by monitoring new laws and regulations, ensuring our

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case
inception to verdict, including initial case assessment, discovery,
depositions, motion practice, pre-trial negotiations, and courtroom
advocacy
- Keep claim business partners consistently updated on case
status through regular communications, strategy conferences, and
pre-trial reports.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance
and optimize legal strategies for the company and
clients.Additional Responsibilities
- Review new file assignments, all documentary evidence and
approve initial pleadings, propounds discovery, and develop
strategy
- May investigate and pursue subrogation litigation, as
appropriate
- Conduct settlements/dispositive proceedings (e.g., mediations,
arbitrations, etc.)
- Prepare and conduct court appearances (matter management
conferences, hearings, status conferences, etc.)
- Prepares witnesses and clients for depositions, arbitrations,
mediations, and trials including expert witnesses
- Try and/or arbitrate cases and prepares motions and summary
documents in limine
- Must be a commutable distance to courthouses throughout the
greater Atlanta area
- This role is also bonus eligible for a bonus plan!Education
- Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the
Georgia State BarExperience
- 1 or more years of experience (Preferred)Supervisory

offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is
based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered
