Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year A bit about us: We have an immediate opening with a midsized AV-rated firm for an experienced litigation attorney in Alpharetta! Our client is a respected insurance defense and workers' compensation firm that represents a diverse mix of premier insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers throughout the Southeast. This is a full-time position that does not carry a billable requirement. The firm is seeking attorneys with at least 2 years of prior litigation or public sector experience. Core job responsibilities will include: Independently manage cases throughout the litigation process from inception to resolution Take and defend depositions Make court regular appearances Analyze complex insurance defense, general liability, and workers compensation claims Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop compelling case strategies Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with insurance carriers and claim adjusters This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking a dynamic and collaborative litigation environment where individual contributions are recognized and rewarded.
