Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration Schedule A, NIV, IV, PERM, RFEs and CAP Season work. This is a remote role that can support client in San Francisco from anywhere in the US. Client Details Global law firm. Description Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of Schedule A matters, immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, PERM cases and CAP season work. Responding to Requests for Evidence. Supporting a team remotely Preparing and drafting cases Communicating with team members on a daily basis Profile JD or LLM Admission to a US State Bar Experience with broad based business immigration matters, including: Schedule A, IV, NIV, PERM, RFEs, CAP season work Experience responding to RFEs Excellent writing skills Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment Excellent case management skills Must work PST hours Job Offer Competitive hourly rate Remote work Ability to convert to a permanent employee Page Group USA is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
