Operators like you! What You'll Do: /n - /nCNC Operation: Set up
full production cycle and operate CNC Lathe machines for tasks such
as turning, drilling, bar feeding, and live tooling. /n - /nMachine
Optimization: Optimize setup times, improve productivity, maintain
offsets, and maximize machine utilization. /n - /nBlueprint
Interpretation: Read and understand blueprints and route
instructions. /n - /nGD&T Application: Apply expertise in
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). /n - /nProgram
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot programs and make necessary
adjustments. /n - /nInspection Process: Follow in-process part
inspection protocols and report non-conformance issues to the
Supervisor/Lead. /n - /nCollaborative Communication: Coordinate
with superintendents, managers, production control, and quality
personnel to resolve quality concerns. /n - /nSafety Compliance:
Work safely and consistently wear required PPE throughout the
shift. /n - /nShift Documentation: Record and document issues for a
seamless shift transition. /n - /nPreventive Maintenance: Perform
daily maintenance checks and document findings. /n /n What You'll
Bring: /n - /nMeasurement Proficiency: Knowledge of calipers,
gauges, and other required measuring tools. /n - /nMath Skills:
Strong proficiency in basic math. /n - /nDocumentation Skills:
Ability to accurately document machining procedures. /n - /nTooling
Knowledge: Familiarity with metals, part-holding fixtures, and
lathe/mill tooling. /n - /nMachine Experience: Experience with
Okuma, Mazak, and Mori lathe machines (preferred). /n -
/nCommunication: Basic oral communication skills and the ability to
read, comprehend, and complete logs and reports in English. /n -
/nPhysical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy items, including
lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components. /n -
/nPolicy Compliance: Availability to work scheduled hours and
adhere to all company policies, including timekeeping. /n -
/nAdaptability: Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop
environment and stand for an entire shift. /n - /nTechnical
Knowledge: Strong understanding of machining practices, materials,
and general mechanical principles. /n - /nWillingness to Learn:
Eagerness to be trained and a desire to learn new skills. /n -
/nTeamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
/n - /nReliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and a
positive attitude. /n /n Your Schedule: - 2nd Shift, Monday -
Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM /n To perform this job successfully, you
