The Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing our production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. This position calls for a highly motivated and results-driven professional, capable of driving performance while fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Manage and mentor production staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other department leaders to streamline production processes and implement cost-saving measures. Monitor production metrics and performance, making adjustments to processes as necessary to meet production goals and quality standards. Conduct regular safety and process training sessions for all manufacturing personnel. Participate in the development and launch of new products, ensuring operational alignment with company goals. Prepare and manage the production budget, optimizing expenses and resource allocation. Strong leadership and managerial abilities Proficient in production scheduling and workforce management In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance regulations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
