Northpoint Roofing Systems, a renowned roofing company known for its commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction and ranked 653 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list along with a 26th position in the competitive construction sector.We are looking for a highly organized, multitasker with hands-on QuickBooks Online experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate has experience managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. ResponsibilitiesPrepare, post, verify and record payments.Enter financial data including invoices, expenses and payroll data into accounting software/CRM/spreadsheets.Ensure invoices and payments are correctly processed in a timely manner.Address and correct any discrepancies in accounts and billing.Assist Controller in reconciling accounts each month.Manage overdue accounts.Process credit card payments.Create reports regarding customer accounts as needed.Assist with analysis of data and reports at month end, quarter end, and annual financial reporting.High school diplomaBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred Experience in roofing/construction/home repair industry, preferredMinimum 3 years relevant AR/AP experience Ability to resolve account reconciliation issues quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with QuickBooks OnlineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent multitasking skills and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team (small office environment)BenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurancePrescription benefitsLife insuranceDisability benefitsPaid time offCasual dress codePI73cb1b9780fd-25660-34255479
