Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sourcer (Contractor) to
support their recruiting efforts for marketing and financial
planning teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier
talent
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong
pipeline
Manage sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates while
ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment
Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across
multiple teams
Experience with recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and
ATS systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with diverse and underrepresented populations is
preferred
