responsible for business development as well as ongoing client
implementations and relationship management, with a focus being on
finding the right long-term partners for The Larkin Company. Within
the Customer Success team, the Client Analytics Consultant plays a
key role in driving strategic insights and supporting business
development, client implementations, and ongoing relationship
management. We focus on supporting our partners, using data and
analysis to enhance decision-making and client outcomes. We partner
with every other team at The Larkin Company to effectively support
our clients and their evolving needs.The Role (Expectations)The
ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with a passion for
delivering insightful analytics and strategic decision-making
support. They are an effective communicator, problem-solver, and
able to translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive
business outcomes. They exhibit strong organizational skills, are
self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This individual will play a key role in leveraging data to enhance
client trust, optimize business processes, and support revenue
growth and client retention. They will be responsible for analyzing
leave, disability, and claims data, identifying trends, and
providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency,
mitigate risk, and maintain compliance. They will demonstrate
strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to
interpret and advise on employer policies, federal/state
regulations, and best practices related to leave management, ADA
accommodations, and claims forecasting. We are looking for someone
who is not only skilled at identifying data-driven solutions but
also proactive in driving continuous improvement initiatives. They
will partner cross-functionally to address root causes of
escalations, advocate for client needs, and contribute to enhancing
Larkin's analytical capabilities to deliver greater value to our
clients.Job Duties and Essential Functions:With minimal to no
direction from management, proactively:Provide Thought Leadership
to Drive Gold Standard End-to-End Client Experience: Translate
complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner that
resonates with both internal teams and clients, enabling clients
and stakeholders to make informed decisions. Present findings and
recommendations in a consultative manner.Deliver Strategic Analysis
and Insights: Partner cross-functionally to identify root causes of
data trends (i.e., usage, performance, engagement, feedback,
financial) and refine Larkin's analytics capabilities to deliver
greater predictive accuracy and value to our clients.Client Success
Empowerment: Partner closely with Client Success leadership and
CSMs to understand their needs and develop analytical frameworks,
dashboards, and reports that directly support their client
engagements and strategic planning.Uncover Insights for Product
Optimization and Innovation: Analyze and interpret data to uncover
meaningful insights that drive product innovation and process
improvement.Use Data as a Strategic Advantage: Leverage technology
and statistical modeling techniques to analyze historical data,
identify patterns, and evaluate the impact of regulatory or policy
changes.Training & Enablement: Educate and empower the Client
Success team on how to effectively leverage data and insights in
their client interactions.Requirements:Qualifications:A four-year
college degree or a professional certification in Mathematics,
Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related technical field;
or any equivalent combination of education and related experience
is requiredMinimum 3 years of leave of absence administration or a
related field in which knowledge and application of federal and
state leave laws is necessaryMinimum 5 years in an analytics role
and a proven track record of being a strategic partner and trusted
advisorAbility to travel Skills:Business Acumen: Strong ability to
understand the client's industry and business goals to personalize
your strategy.Proven ability to translate complex data into
actionable insights and communicate them effectively to both
technical and non-technical audiencesStrategic Thinking: Ability to
interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.Customer

Detail: A key part of this role is to ensure data integrity and
reporting accuracy, enabling leadership and clients to make
