Americas Finance and Controlling Senior Consultant is expected to
perform high-quality project work for our customers, continue to
build the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling capability in North
America and foster its continued growth within our SAP Digital
Enterprise service unit.This role requires a focused and analytical
mindset and will require working towards set objectives with a
level of autonomy, living a culture of accountability, and taking a
hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value we
offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, this
person will be required to ensure the quality of our services for
our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new
customers as well as support new business
opportunities.Responsibilities
- Work on challenging projects in management, process, and
technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete
Manufacturing industries
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated
consulting solutions in the fields of Finance, Controlling, and
SAP
- Deploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, and
cost
- Foster long-term relationships with clients
- Identify and lead business development opportunities
- Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor
- Take over responsibility as (sub) project team
leaderQualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration,
Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
educationExperience:
- 7+ years of work experience in the consulting industry
- 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience
- 2+ years of experience in the Automotive or Discrete
Manufacturing sector preferred
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
- SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred
- 1+ full SAP lifecycle implementations
- Strong domain expertise in the business area of Finance &
Controlling
- Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus
- Analytical and structured working attitudePercentage of
required travel: up to 100%Physical requirements:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely
uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras,
photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is
required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion
with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open
office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while

for this role is $100,000-$115,000. However, it is important to
note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic
location. Individual salaries within each range are determined
through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to
education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews
compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect
market competitiveness.In addition to salary, individuals may be
