Job Description:
My client, a locally-owned and highly successful flooring
company, is seeking a talented Commercial Flooring Sales Rep to
join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates
looking to take the next step in their sales career with a
reputable company in the flooring industry. If you have 2-5 years
of experience in commercial flooring sales, this could be the
perfect fit for you. Position Responsibilities: - Develop and
maintain relationships with commercial clients - Identify new
business opportunities and secure new accounts - Provide
exceptional customer service throughout the sales process -
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Position Essential Job Functions: -Conduct sales presentations and
product demonstrations - Prepare and deliver sales proposals -
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements - Meet and exceed sales
targets Position Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal
skills - Knowledge of commercial flooring products and industry
trends - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment -
Proven track record of meeting sales goals Benefits: - Competitive
